I promised id update when we got results from our babys chromosome analysis from this last m/c, so here it goes...
I got a call from my Dr Monday morning(Dec. 28th)that the babys chromosome analysis results are in. We are very excited to report that we were able to get an answer as to what went wrong. To make a long story short (without going into great detail), the baby had unbalanced chromosomes, basically when the sperm and egg met, part of, or all of, one chromosome went missing. We now understand that there was a reason our baby died and feel at peace that it happened for a reason, instead of being left wondering. The best news of all is we were able to find out the babys gender and it was a GIRL! We would have had a Daughter! We will be naming her, right now were going back and forth between two names, so ill let you know which we decide on. This is all bitter sweet, but im just so relieved to know this information. Praise God!
P.S. because I know everyone is going to be wondering...No there is nothing that can be done to improve for a next pregnancy. IVF/PGD is an option for us, but we are not feeling led to move ahead with that just yet. So for now we will either continue ttc on our own and Praying that sometime down the road the odds will be in our favor and we will concieve a healthy baby, or we will be taking a ttc break until we figure out what God is leading us to do.

Congrats on your Baby Girl <3 What a bittersweet time this is for you and Matthew, but I must say that I deeply admire your strength and faith during such a difficult time. You two are going to make great parents and your BABIES are so lucky to have you ((HUGS))
